Basketball

Ryan Boulter, Class of 2015, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame for Basketball!
Ryan was a Boston/Globe All-Scholastic, League MVP,
Scored over 1300 points & 3-Time Hock/Sun Chronicle All-Star!
Ryan played for Merrimack where he scored over 1400 pts!



Lacrosse

Elisabeth Doherty, Class of 2012, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Lacrosse!
Elisabeth was a Hockomock & Sun Chronicle All-Star as a goalie for the Hornets and was also voted Team MVP by her teammates
and Hockomock League MVP by the league coaches!

Ryan Murphy, Class of '10, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Lacrosse! Ryan was a 3-time Hock & Sun Chronicle All-Star,
Globe All-Scholastic and EMASS All-Star, 4th leading scorer in school history & captain at both Mansfield and Springfield College!


Swim & Dive

Austin McGowan, Class of '14, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Swim!
Austin was team Capt. & Hockomock & Sun Chronicle All-Star & holds school records in 4 events
(100/200 Free, 100 Breaststroke & 200 IM).
He currently serves as head coach of Swim at MHS

Maeve McGowan, Class of 2015, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Swim & Dive!
Maeve was a Hockomock League & Sun Chronicle All-Star
and holds the school record in the 100M Backstroke as well as Top 5 times in 3 other events--and she was voted League MVP!


Baseball

Joe Vernon, Class of 1908, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for baseball!
After a great career at Mansfield, Joe played baseball at Amherst College from 1909-12,
then played for the Chicago Cubs & the Brooklyn Tip-Top's in the MLB! Joe passed away in 1955.

Walter Ripley, Class of 1934, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Baseball!
Walt played for Coach Jim Kelly at MHS before attending Deerfield Academy.
He was signed by the Red Sox & pitched for Boston during the 1935 season and later served in World War II.

Anthony Chirolanza, Class of '07, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame for Baseball!
Anthony was a 3 yr Varsity Starter, Hockomock & Sun Chronicle All-Star & excelled as the top pitcher on the team
as well as hitting .400 & led his team to a league title in '07.


Tennis

Giovanni Cuscina, Class of 2004, to the Mansfield High School All Sports Hall of Fame for Tennis!
Giovanni was a Hock & Sun Chronicle All-Star multiple times, 4-year Team MVP,
captain as a junior and senior and led his team to four consecutive state tournaments!


Boys Ice Hockey

Nick Anderson, Class of '02, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame for Ice Hockey! Nick was an outstanding goalie
who earned Hock & Sun Chronicle All-Star honors in his Jr/Sr years,
Team Capt. & MVP-Sr. Year and then joined the UNH Hockey Program after graduation!

Kailin Collins, Class of 2005, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame for Track & Field!
Kailin was a Hockomock and Sun Chronicle All-Star multiple times and she was a State Champion and
School Record Holder in the 2 Mile! Kailin ran collegiately for Georgetown!

Ryan Collins, Class of 2007, to the Mansfield Athletics Hall of Fame for Track & Field.
Ryan was a Hock & Sun Chronicle All-Star, Globe All-Scholastic, 2-Time State Champ in 2 Mile,
State Champ in XC & then ran for UVA & Wisconsin's 2011 national title team in XC!

Shayne Collins, Class of 2011, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame for Track & Field.
Shayne was a Boston Globe/Herald All-Scholastic, State Champion and school record holder in 2 Mile for both
the Indoor & Outdoor Track. Shayne ran for UCLA at the college level!

Julie Collins, to the Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame as a coach of Cross Country & Track and Field!
Julie began coaching in 2002 at MHS and was inducted into the MSTCA Hall of Fame in 2013
and led the Hornets to multiple state, divisional and league titles!


Pioneer of Women's Sports

Kathy (King) Risotti, Class of '81, on receiving the Pioneer of Women's Sports Award from the Mansfield HOF.
After competing for 2 yrs on Boys XC, Kathy established the first Girls XC Team at MHS in 1979
& she has also taught at Jordan-Jackson for over 30 yrs!
